Dilaxia: bringing Italian teams together
Corporate gathering · Borgo Digani – La Venenta
Dilaxia wanted to bring colleagues from different Italian offices together for an informal evening in a welcoming, rustic setting.
I managed the quotation process, assessed the feasibility of the arrangements and coordinated the event at the venue, translating the company’s requirements into practical organisational decisions.
The garden, picnic areas, buffets and covered portico helped create the relaxed atmosphere the company had requested. My role was to coordinate the spaces and services, keeping the guest experience at the heart of the arrangements.
My role: quotation management, feasibility assessment and on-site coordination.
Gusto Sano: telling a product’s story through design
Exhibition display · Giardini e Terrazze, Bologna
For Gusto Sano’s participation in Giardini e Terrazze, I designed a display centred on fresh pasta and the craft behind it.
A yellow Fiat 500 was the starting point. I made it an integral part of the composition, connecting a timeless symbol of Italian identity with Bologna’s pasta-making tradition.
Flour, eggs and traditional tools told the story of the craft. Aromatic herbs linked the culinary theme to the event’s focus on gardens and greenery.
I developed the concept and design, oversaw the installation and coordinated the exhibition area, bringing these elements together into a coherent presentation of the product.

Villa Gessa: hands-on team building through fresh pasta
Team building for an architecture practice · Villa Gessa, Bologna
For a group of professionals who design spaces every day, the challenge was to shape something rather smaller: a tortellino.
At Villa Gessa, I organised a fresh pasta experience combining learning, practical activity and participation. Colleagues explored traditional Bolognese pasta-making techniques while taking part in a team competition.
The experience continued through the announcement of the winning team and a shared meal, connecting the different stages of the occasion.
My role: experience planning and organisational coordination of the team-building activity.
